@@fruitygranulizer540 your idea is horrible XD like, unimaginably horrible. Everyone gets to say what the company does? So you think the guy who's hired to answer phone calls has the necessary information, knowledge and education to make an informed decision on where to spend the company money to grow it? If the world would follow your idea we would be all without internet and running out of food, electricity and other common items by next year and have anarchy. Such an unbelievably dumb idea that could only come from someone who has absolutely no clue about what higher up job positions entail in terms of organisation and decision making. Most rich company owners work and worked 80-120 hours per week for months in the beginning to get the company where it is now. Bill Gates worked between 80-120 hours every week until his 31st birthday. Now you want the janitor to decide where Microsoft should invest their money, what PR campaigns they should run to promote their products and what color to paint the 3rd floor? You really don't seem to know one bit how many decisions there are to make in a company on a daily basis. Where do all the workers take the time to do their work AND decide on everything that needs deciding? Seriously if you couldn't realize all those issues (like how the fuck do people have time to do anything in that company-democracy) in the first second, you are not smart and very likely far less intelligent than you personally believe.

@Genesis does what Nintendon't I've got some steps here for ya too Due to vaccines, millions of young lives across the world are protected from dangerous and possibly deadly diseases such as Measles and Smallpox We live in an age where we're more connected than ever, so much so that we can see and speak with someone across the world at the touch of a button Just to be vague, these videos that DDOI creates show the good in the world. The power of construction materials, strong enough to handle massive earthquakes without buckle, possibly saving hundreds of lives in the event of a catastrophe. The rebuilding of our planet by one man, proving that if we work together then we can save our doomed planet It's all part of your perspective friend. Optimistic, pessimistic or realistic, you have to admit there is plenty of good in the world, even if you don't believe it outweighs the bad. Best of luck
