Never thought my towns would be in the news for this reason (first big corona outbreak in germany last year and now the floods). Although my neighboorhood is elevated and we are not thankfully effected except "only heavy rains" this makes me speechless. I always had big respect for our rivers here and their strength. The climate and weather here has been terrible this year and its amazing people still deny the results of climate change.

I'm a firefighter in this region. There are too many people here wanting to help. The whole cities around are all overcrowded with cars from the people who wants to help here. We really have to keep people away so they don't come here because everything is just overcrowded with people and cars. The situation is catastrophic. But Allah chooses for His Mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.(Al-Qur'an 2:105) ١٣٥ وَقَالُوا كُونُوا هُودًا أَوْ نَصَارَىٰ تَهْتَدُوا ۗ قُلْ بَلْ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا ۖ وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ They say, “Be Jews or Christians [so] you will be guided.” Say, “Rather, [we follow] the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who ascribe partners to Allah.(Al-Qur'an 2:135) ٦٤ قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْا إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٍ سَوَاءٍ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُولُوا اشْهَدُوا بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ Say, “O People of the Scripture [Jews and Christians], come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate partners with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah.” But if they turn away, then say, “Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].”(Al-Qur'an 3:64) سَنُلْقِي فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الرُّعْبَ بِمَا أَشْرَكُوا بِاللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا ۖ وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الظَّالِمِينَ We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve for what they have associated partners with Allah of which He had not sent down [any] authority. And their refuge will be the Fire, and wretched is the residence of the wrongdoers.(Al-Qur'an 3:151) ١٨٦ لَتُبْلَوُنَّ فِي أَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَلَتَسْمَعُنَّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا أَذًى كَثِيرًا ۚ وَإِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ You will surely be tested in your possessions and in yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the Scripture before you [O Mohammad] and from those who associate partners (with Allah) much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allah - indeed, that is of the matters [worthy] of determination.(Al-Qur'an 3:186) ٤٨ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدِ افْتَرَىٰ إِثْمًا عَظِيمًا Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating partners with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.(Al-Qur'an 4:48) ١١٦ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَنْ يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا Truly it is only associating partners with Allah in His divinity that Allah does not forgive, and forgives anything besides that to whomsoever He wills. Whoever associates others with Allah in His divinity has indeed strayed far away.(Al-Qur'an 4:116) Say: ‘My prayer and my rites, my living and my dying, are for Allah alone, the Lord of all the worlds, Who has no partner. I am commanded to be like that and I am the first of the Muslims.’ (Al-Qur'an 6:162-163) Do they make things into partner-gods which cannot create anything and are themselves created; which are not capable of helping them and cannot even help themselves? (Al-Qur'an 7:191-192) On the Day We gather them all together, We will say then to those who associated others with Allah, ‘To your place, you and your partner-gods!’ Then We will sift them out, and their partner-gods will say, ‘It was not us you worshipped.’ (Al-Qur'an 10:28) Say: ‘Can any of your partner-gods bring creation out of nothing and then regenerate it?’ Say: ‘Allah brings creation out of nothing and then regenerates it. So how have you been perverted?’ Say: ‘Can any of your partner-gods guide to the truth?’ Say: ‘Allah guides to the truth. Who has more right to be followed-He Who guides to the truth, or he who cannot guide unless he is guided? What is the matter with you? How do you reach your judgement?’ (Al-Qur'an 10:34-35) They do blaspheme who say: "(Allah) is Jesus the son of Mary." But said Jesus: "O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Whoever joins other gods with Allah,- Allah will forbid him the garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help.(Al-Qur'an 5:72) They [the People of Scripture) take their priests and their anchorites to be their lords in derogation of Allah, and (they take as their Lord) Jesus the son of Mary; yet they were commanded to worship but One Allah. there is no god but He. Praise and glory to Him: (Far is He) from having the partners they associate (with Him). (Al-Qur'an 9:31) He to Whom the kingdom of the heavens and the earth belongs. He does not have a son and He has no partner in the Kingdom. He created everything and determined it most exactly. (Al-Qur'an 25:2) Those who give partners to Allah will say: "If Allah had wished, we should not have given partners to Him nor would our fathers; nor should we have had any taboos." So did their ancestors argue falsely, until they tasted of Our wrath. Say: "Have ye any (certain) knowledge? If so, produce it before us. Ye follow nothing but conjecture: ye do nothing but lie." (Al-Qur'an 6:148) On the Day He says, ‘Call My partner-gods, those for whom you made such claims,’ they will call on them but they will not respond to them. We will place between them an unbridgeable gulf. (Al-Qur'an 18:52) They will be told, ‘Call on your partner-gods!’ They will call on them but they will not respond to them. They will see the punishment. Oh if only they had been guided! (Al-Qur'an 28:64) None of their partner-gods will intercede for them. They will reject their partner-gods. (Al-Qur'an 30:13) He has made an example for you from among yourselves. Are any of the slaves you own partners with you in what We have provided for you so that you are equal in respect of it, you fearing them the same as one another? In that way We make Our Signs clear for people who use their intellect. (Al-Qur'an 30:28) Allah is He Who created you, then provides for you, then will cause you to die and then bring you back to life. Can any of your partner-gods do any of that? Glory be to Him and may He be exalted above anything they associate with Him! (Al-Qur'an 30:40) Say: ‘Have you thought about your partner gods, those you call upon besides Allah? Show me what they have created of the earth; or do they have a partnership in the heavens?’ Have We given them a Book whose Clear Signs they follow? No indeed! The wrongdoers promise each other nothing but delusion. (Al-Qur'an 35:40) On that Day they will be partners in the punishment. (Al-Qur'an 37:33) They do not measure Allah with His true measure. The whole earth will be a mere handful for Him on the Day of Rising the heavens folded up in His right hand. Glory be to Him! He is exalted above the partners they ascribe! (Al-Qur'an 39:67) Serve Allah, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For Allah loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious;(Al-Qur'an 4:36) Say: "Come, I will rehearse what Allah hath (really) prohibited you from": Join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents; kill not your children on a plea of want;- We provide sustenance for you and for them;- come not nigh to shameful deeds. Whether open or secret; take not life, which Allah hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom. (Al-Qur'an 6:151)

I can't understand how this storm seems to have unexpectedly caused so many deaths. Since it was being tracked on radar, which shows the amount of rainfall and where it's falling, how were warnings not issued?
