Steaks on the grill. High priority. LoL. Nice repair job on the trailer. Get every penny's worth out of that thing. Funny when you said "feels like I'm working in a prison" with no jams. Understand, but it's nice to hear your commentary. How are copper prices down there? Canadian Treasure Hunter has been cashing in. I think number 1 is like over $5.00 LB up there. Brass is way up there too. Looking forward to Part 2.

Yes, watched one of his new videos yesterday. He cashed in on bright and shiny. $5.15 CND per pound. All time high he said. That's $3.85 USD.

Man I was just thinking inside the shop there you could build a metal frame or whatnot and put a crane hoist off the rafter. Be a great way to take the box off that trailer and fix the frame the right way. I know you rush to get the scrapping done and need a trailer but you have the flatbed one, you could fix and use it till you fix the box trailer the right way, I mean beef that thing up and weld the piss out of it. Heck iam sure you run across some scrap metal I-beams/tubing that would work to fix it. You would end up with a great trailer practically for free other then time ya know
@ProjectShopFl Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion, There are a couple other things about this trailer I don't like mainly the wood floor and walls are getting torn up and not being able to side load with a fork lift is an issue. I will be fixing my flat trailer here soon.

When you go out and spend a lot of money on a trailer You want to make sure That it is heavy duty enough Box trailers these days are not cheap 410 or 12 thousand dollars you better get one that holds up and not fall apart and it should hold up for that kind of money

So you don’t break down the aluminum ones anymore I thought you said since you got the equipment it is worth it but I guess I missed that part. And are you able to spot the ones that have the copper core inside of the aluminum coils without popping them open I’ve gotten good at spotting them now

@@ProjectShopFl but u also said they pay very lil for the whole aluminum transformers 2 so make up ur mind 😆 lol
@ProjectShopFl Жыл бұрын
@@laisuresboringadventures7052 Yes the local yards pay .4 to .10 per lb. I got .15 in Miami. I just started selling them and not processing them last month. Mainly because I got like 500 lbs of them at once. Usually I will have 1-2 in a hole load and I just crack them. It is very rare to get a hole load of all aluminum transformers. Most are 1 aluminum and one copper.

Wow, the craftsmanship on that trailer is crap. From what you showed us the frame isn't even boxed. How the hell do they expect that thing to last? Not sure if the weight allowance has been exceeded but if the frame and bottom beck was boxed it would break the spring hangers before it shifted the walls out like that.
