Hi there, im the dev for craftofexile. Just as an FYI the reason why the data is not updated earlier is that the base intent for this feature is for people to be able to figure out which modifiers are good for their builds for which slots, as well as for people to compare an item with the dataset for it to tell them what it might be good for with the "appraise" tab. And for that purpose early-league data is useless because the ladder has not been established yet and the gearing is sub-par so i wait til around mid-league of a current league to do the update. These features are actually meant to be less crafting focussed and more "how to gear my character" focussed. I get that you are using it to find out data relevant to crafting and as such it would be useful to have the current state of a league even in the beginning. I'll look into what i can do to accomodate both needs if i can.

WHile the tool is great, I would suggest also researching the build in question too. Forbidden Rite rings need chaos damage and crit multi to make them good, but also this particular build has alot of guides on how to craft to get it exactly what you want

basically, yeah. you see what people are using and from that can roughly extrapolate what to look for. There is even a preview he didn't show in the video that shows exactly what a perfect item would be based on the statistics.

does it really matter? the changes dont affect the items but are global, so the rolls are hit or miss. expensive items get more expensive with good rolls, or you brick them.

is crafting for profit possible without actual grinding of the harvest? like full HO warrior mode?

100% its just all about you finding the right base to craft on and the right method lol chaos spamming wont get you far, but look at fossils for example. Also at this state of the league and without harvest youd ofc need to invest more in the craft and go for maybe double influence or sth

@@djosh3237 Your have to be rather educated on what bases you spam, and what your looking for, but with some research you can find a niche taht works for you, ive been chaos spamming i85 hunter spiked gloves looking for strike skills target an additional enemy and anything else hunter, and selling the bases for 8 ex. dont forget to check the price of influenced exalts vs the cost of the base also, can save you some money that way also

well my mistake. either way, less than 1% of players knew about this feature and this is first update since middle of expedition so I think it's a good topic to cover.
