armedwithsmile the ap guns would blow China's missiles in air before they hit then the ships would launch missiles and shells towards China while China has no defense and it would abrupt to a deploying of forces along China's beaches and then Air Force would attack and with that the military and army forces would already be on the ground and America would win that battle and the war if one happened to erupt. China's missiles aren't really good anyway so I doubt they'd even fire let alone actually manage to hit any ships.

I did 20 years in the Navy and worked on two different weapons systems. Though I wouldn't say that in a conflict, China wouldn't present a threat, it would be a threat that the US Navy could deal with. Sitting ducks? I think not.
