As a shortcut for naming file names (on a mac) you can select them all, right click and choose name, and it will add a prefix number after the file name you choose automatically.

This video is awesome, but I figured out if you title the specific page on Canva that the file name downloads specifically to whatever you name it. Saves the annoyance of changing the names in Finder. Hope this helps

Hi Cassiy, first, I love your videos, they are such a great inspiration for my own PoD business. So thanks a lot and I hope you will post a lot more of this content. May I point out that you can also select all designs (at least on the Mac) and then paste all paths into the clipboard at the same time, by right-clicking and pressing the option key, in order to transfer them to the Google Sheet afterwards. This means you don't have to transfer every single file and can paste all paths into Google Sheet at the same time. I hope this helps to further simplify the process. Best regards Dirk

Cassiy, love your videos. Do you keep track of all the designs and products you’ve ever created/listed in one program? Spreadsheet, database program, etc. And is that even necessary? Ex: if you created 10 products in printify for one design, but then they didn’t sell, so you delisted on Etsy. Do you still have the history of the design, when they were listed, delisted…? It’s easy to create a lot of designs, and then choose products to put them on. But seems overwhelming to think of tracking every item and design individually. Sorry I’m not explaining my question very well, but any feedback on how you track the history of your designs is greatly appreciated. All the best to you!

I definitely wouldn't track that stuff, it's more of a fluid messy business where you use A/B testing an trial and error until you find things that work, then you duplicate that and make more versions of it to capitalize on what you've learned! Try not to overthink it is my best advice

Thank you so much for your fantastic tutorials! I have a question but it’s about Figma & the tutorial for doing all the mock-ups at once. It worked for me the 1st time I tried it but now the place it command will not place my designs on all my mock ups at once. I still have to copy and paste to each mock up. I am on a windows 11 . I have searched the internet for an answer and cannot find a solution but would love to have this working for me.

If you have please link the video: How do you know that your mock-up image and the final product, ie T-shirt, has the image positioned identically❓ I know that you scale your mock-up tees to 84. The positioning is estimated? How can you be sure that the printers/providers will print the image to mirror the print size and positioning on the mock-up displayed in your shop❓

Hi there I have an answer to your question. It's a technique called "Loss Leader" I believe she talks about it in her later videos. It's where you price a size like let's say a size Small at a lower price to gain attention to your store. Printify will have a size normally small or med. At a lower price than others for say 25 shirts they mark it down to 5 to 7 dollars which gives us the opportunity to price for less in our shop. We won't get a big profit but it gets us views and possible sales on other items.

I usually make at least 8 designs for each sub niche I find and then if I get any sales, then I keep scaling it out farther!

Hello Cassiy. Thank you for all the valuable information you provide us. I have followed the step by step instructions, and I don’t know why when I upload the Excel file in Samurai, it says “Fail”, and a message saying that there is no imagine. I go back to Excel, and everything is fine there. The only thing I could think that I might be doing wrong is when I copy the images (using copy as path), and past them into Excel, they appear “C:/Users……” I don’t know if I am pasting it correctly and should I remove the quotes (“ “) and also the C:/. I don’t understand what my mistake is. Hope to receive a response. Thank you so very much!

I did another design that’s more words vs a big graphic and when my mock ups all change, I feel that the design needs to be lowered. Hi Cassidy, I love your videos and have been watching for a while! I am a tiny new shop owner (under 100 sales and reviews) and, unfortunately, am faced with a situation I am not sure how to handle. I was hoping to pick your brain, and maybe, a video could be created to help protect other business women and their shops since POD has a large female population. I received a sexually inappropriate message from a male customer after he had purchased, the item was made, and the tracking number was created (in pre-transit mode). I do not want to engage, however, I'm worried he will leave a 1 star review due to my not answering his inappropriate message (which would impact my shop greatly and take away my star seller badge). Etsy didn't provide much information on sexually inappropriate messages. I don't mind taking a financial hit, however, I am not sure how to proceed to avoid a 1 star review. Any guidance would be very much appreciated appreciated!
