Amaury Is absolutely correct in that the existing windows were manufactured more simply with the curved stepped profile on the inside. The crisp 45s he was showing where the rails and stiles come together is a great look and how I usually do my windows. However the round look at the corners you get from the existing windows might feel more in keeping with the Art Nouveau aesthetic. Just a thought when deciding which direction to go in! Can’t wait to see new windows going in someday.
