Hell, with ID's stance on canon (portray the man, portray the story) it means mods like Brutal Doom and Project Brutality with their versions of Doomguy (one really pissed space marine) can rip apart John-117 apart (seriously, look at the Fatality/Glory-Kill sequence where he rips out a Baron of Hell's spine) once he gets berserk.

Draco Gatom Doom guy lost the screw attacks death battle for good reason. He could not hurt Master Chief, if he tried to drop his weapon against him and punch then he'd break his own arms. Chief fell from space head first then proceeded to take the planet over....he's defeated entire planets bro filled with beings that if they touch you then you become them or beings that can knock over tanks by slapping them out the way. No way in hell(ironic I know) Doom guy could beat chief and that's just body alone. There's a huge difference in how the characters are portrayed that I think illustrates the end result of this battle very well: *Master Chief* is the best hope mankind has against seemingly unbeatable foes like the Covenant and the Flood, but he's not alone in the fight and the support he gets (even just weapon drops from a flyby) are critical to his success. *The Doomslayer/Doomguy* fights demons on their own turf, and he's not stuck in Hell to be tormented by demons for all eternity: it's the _demons_ who are trapped in hell in with him, desperately trying to stop the complete and utter annihilation of Hell and the xenocide of all its inhabitants. Ultimately Master Chief was made to be part of an army; the best part, but part of a greater whole nonetheless. Doomguy _is_ the army in his universe, or he ends up being the last one alive really quickly and ends up fulfilling the one-man-army thing anyway.

They did kill flood, but were foolish to leave samples, which were then released by humans or covenant. Demonic energy creates demons from almost any living being, making it much harder to stop , compared to flood. I just thought of something: what if the slayer pulls a general grievous and activates a f*ck tone of robotic arms, each arm holding one of his guns from eternal. There's actually a lot of strategy and quick time thinking when playing Doom. Which enemies to kill first, where to move, how to regain health and armor you will lose, ressource management and much more. All of that with heavy metal driving you, forcing you to be the best you can to keep up with the intensity of the music. Doom (and Doom Eternal even more) is an awesome game, and not only running around killing stuff (even though it nailed that aspect)

CS, PubG, Warframe, Overwatch, all those and tons more require 10 times the thinking. Resource management is minimal. How to regain health is just melee finishers, game is built around that. Where to move, when your enemies such at both moving and positioning is no issue at all. It is very light in terms of bullet hell ganre. Which enemies to kill first.... I mean.... every single shooter game needs that, Every single game where you kill has that. Not even worth mentioning it.

Not quite the stats aren't in his favor . His speed is around 45.9 to 57mph max . Chief can run 65mph go from 0-60mph almost instantly. Doomguy has better endurance than a normal human. But he isn't exactly super human. Chief can literally run 60mph practically indefinitely. Strength wise Doomguy rips apart unarmored demons . Chief is wearing several layers of armor including an energy shield that makes grappling practically impossible. Then there is the layers of titanium- ceramic composite armor, a titanium nanocomposite , hydrostatic gel layer, etc. its basically a 3d jigsaw puzzle that can survive droping form space , 3,000 plus degrees Celsius plasma . The one issue that Doomslayer has is his human reaction time . which is 200 milliseconds to visional stimulate , 170 milliseconds to sound and 150miliseconds to being touched. Chiefs reaction time outside of combat and the suit is impossible to chart and estimated at 20 milliseconds the suit enhances this by a factor of 5 outside of combat which would put him at 4 milliseconds reaction time. In combat with adrenaline pumping through his enhanced body , Chief like all Spartan IIs ,IIIs and IVs can think , see and react as if everything around him is moving at both slow and rapid pace. This means Chief can literally side step anything Doomslayer or Doomguy can throw at him. Add to that super strength to the level of ripping apart titanium with his bare hands and Chief might turn Doomslayer/Doomguy into a human pretzel before Doomslayer/Doomguy's brain even interprets that Chief has moved. We are talking a blur moving at 60-65mph .. He tore his Achilles tendon going 65.7mph and didn't slow down till he reach his goal which was 500 meters or 5.4 regulation football fields away or 546.8 yards away after being hit by the explosive force of an anti tank missile a mere centimeter from his head. So he wasn't quite in the shape to be running in the first place. But he did it. How? Simple Chief is trained to endure the kind of injuries that would kill you several times over. His augmentations each had a different kind of pain to them. The carbide ceramic ossification is said to feel like the subject's bones are breaking, and as if their marrow is made of glass and is being shattered.The catalytic thyroid implant and muscular enhancement injections produce extraordinary pain, as if the subject's veins had been "injected with napalm" ( Napalm burns at 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit (2,760 degrees Celsius).another sensation is pulsating and the feeling of the veins being torn out of the subject's skin.The effect of the muscles increasing in density is said to feel like the entire body is on fire, mixed with the feeling of "plated glass shattering" and being worked in the subject's body. The Sangheili and many of the Covenant's common superstition especially among the Sangheili that SPARTANs are reanimated soldiers killed in battle, brought back to life through artificial means to fight again. Spartans of course took advantage of this psychological warfare effect. But they aren't actually Daemons which is why demon specific weapons won't work against Spartans. And there is no Argent energy to collect from them. So no it doesn't actually connect . Spartans where called daemons because of their combat prowess . Demons are called demons because they are demons in the doom universe. Different universes different use of the term.

The can't die thing is more about the suit keeping him alive and is a universal truth of the Doom universe. Chief is basically superman meets a freaking god of war for halo . And considering the Flood lore does say they are literally corrupted Precursor which are basically gods they created everything , existed before the universe , have the knowledge of over 100 billion years , are pretty much immortal and Chief has defeated them twice. So if we go by their in universe performance . Doomslayer hasn't actually defeated Hell in its entirety he stopped it a few times but never actually defeated it. Chief took on what are corrupted forms of the Gods of halo and won twice. If we move forward we get to the Forerunners most decorated veteran commander and promethean constructs which where designed to fight the flood physical form . And were effective at it. these things fire antimatter encased in hard light. Chief and other Spartans have been battling them. He defeated Ur-Didact the Forerunner commander who has been alive for 107,666years , a millennia is 1,000 years, Not to mention Doomslayer still can't hit Chief with any of his weapons because he lacks the reaction time to actually track Chiefs movements in combat. So Chief would appear as a blur of indistinguishable motion moving at 60-65mph. Nothing Doomslayer has ever fought moves that damn fast. He literally wouldn't know rather to shoot it or run the hell away. The second option being the more intelligent one but of course Doomslayer being doomslayer he's going to be stupid enough to go up to the super fast blur of motion and try to fight it. at which point he finds out that this blur of motion he can't even distinguish as to what it is . Is strong enough to rip him apart limb by limb . Chief is capable of literally melee combat against a tank column. Ripping Doomslayer limb for limb since even the videos creator states at point 0:59 that Doomslayer is very much human under that armor . His body being completely un-augmented compared to Chiefs. Should make ripping him apart in CQB pretty easy since Doomslayer is a 6ft tall 230lbs human in power armor . And Chief is use to killing aliens that are several times stronger than humans with as little effort as a single punch to the head. Has killed robots that can actually regenerate on the battlefield. Fought an 11.6ft tall Forerunner who could literally crush Doomslayer with one hand from a safe distance via use of an energy field called a constraint field . Yeah you might want to actually read some of the halo books including the Forerunner saga . You might just realize how much more danger chief really is compared to doomslayer . Doomslayer is the same as Doomguy only with a nice suit of power armor . The problem for him is there isn't any argent energy for him to pick up to heal himself in this fight. And Chief is several times stronger , faster and more agile than we have seen from Doomslayer aka Doomguy aka the Doom Marine who in the games really has no name. Doomslayer is a name the community started calling him same with Doomguy. The Doom Marine was never intended to have a name. Chief wasn't either but the name Master Chief just stuck and they decided to call him John-117. John being a reference to the bible verse or just a John Doe with the number 117 behind it . More or less some people prescribe to the first ideal . The bible verse John-1:17 " For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ "Doesn't really make since though there are plenty of religious references in the game Halo even the name is religious in a sense. So by facts Chief is actually superior in a few areas reaction time , reflexes and sheer physical strength . IQ wise well Chief is like a 300 . And Doomslayer is unknown so not going there . I think Doomslayer if he actually stopped to think about it would just step out of the way and let chief slaughter half the daemons that showed up and just use Chief as what he is a war machines against hell. Because fighting something that is physically superior to yourself is well not smart especially in a fair fight. The only realistic way Doom Slayer could win against Chief is to Fight Dirty . Don't do his typical charge in direct combat thing he is known for . Going head on against Chief is suicide for Doom Slayer . Whom by virtue of being human is not immortal . His suit keeps him alive in lore . It absorbs Argent energy and uses that to heal him and give him extra stamina. The only beings with this energy are Demons from Hell . Chief isn't from Hell so there is literally no point engaging Chief in battle in the first place. The fact he would lose in a fair fight aside what would he really get out of it besides a few broken ribs , dislocated arms , a broken back , his legs shattered in a hundred pieces because trying to kick something that is wearing a tank type armor that can survive hitting earth at 17,000mph isn't exactly smart. And will generally do more damage to Doom Slayer inside the armor because impact force tends to transfer even through armor and Chief's bones have an advanced carbide ceramic material grafted onto them , to begin assimilation into the upper layers of the each individual bone. This results in the bones being virtually unbreakable. Thus Chief's skeleton structure is stronger than Doom Slayers human bones. why else do you think Doom Slayer still gets injured even with armor that is virtually indestructible on . Speaking of which in close combat its possible for Chief to rip that helmet off his head and beat him to death with it as in smash in his entire skull until there is nothing but a gory bloody mess. Demons fall under that trope of the villains have to be stronger than the hero on paper but they can never match the hero in skill and combat prowess thus the hero can stomp them like they are nothing. You want the Demon to be big and imposing and all that but yet you want the hero to win so he always wins. Yes halo follows this as well. Which is why if your seriously wanting to compare them you have to take them out of their universes and look at the actual stats of the characters. And we find that without power ups Doom Slayer/guy is slightly inferior to Chief. With power ups his human reaction time makes him slightly inferior in that regard. But superior in terms of speed at least. considering how many times have we seen demons actually wearing a full suit of armor in the series.? Chief has head to toe protection from both ballistic weapons and limited amounts of plasma damage. Its really his ability to literally side step incoming rounds that give him the most advantage. Because if you don't have to take hits don't take them. In the words of that sergeant at the beginning of Halo 2 .. " Do you have any ideal how expensive this gear is son." Answer to how expensive the gear is Chief " Tell that to the Covenant " real answer approximately 17,500,000,000 or seventeen billion five hundred million . So Chief isn't taking hits he can side step. E.g. When the trigger is pulled, there is a pause of 30 tics (about 0.857 seconds). That's 0.853 seconds longer than Chief needs to react to the weapon being pointed in his direction let alone fired. That's the problem Doom Slayer has aside from the fact that Chief is strong enough to quite literally rip his head off his shoulders with his helmet still attached . I can't really overstate this enough for anyone to get it . But Chief's reflexes are 300% faster than any human being ever. Without armor on he could lift 3 times his body weight at age 14 and he's now 50 so body mass increases over time.. Currently Chief unarmored could lift 1183.8lbs without struggling in armor going with the older numbers since the new armor doesn't show exact numbers 1,183.6x 2 = 2,367.6lbs he could lift more weight if he needs to such as when he flipped a 3.3ton warthog over like it was a toy car. Or the several times he flipped a 66 metric ton scorpion tank over with a bit of effort. So he can lift more but 2,361.6 is more or less repetition training for Chief in the gym. Being physically capable of producing over 434 MPa (63,000 psi) with his bare hands. His suit enhances this as well. The suits force multiplying circuits make hand to hand combat easier to the point that he can broke the skull of a Sangheili soldier with his fist. This is a 7.4 to 8.6ft tall beast compared to normal humans on the battlefield they earned the nickname elites from humans he has also physically stalemated a Sangheili in a zero-g grapple and wrestled it for control over a plasma pistol; he successfully killed it by striking it in the face with his elbow and shooting it with the plasma pistol. (note this is a pistol that shoots 3,000 degrees C plasma. So yeah Doomslayer/Doomguy has his work cut out for him here. First problem .. Doom 2016 is where the Titan appears. As in … Little is known about The Titan which was introduced in Doom (2016). One of the only references to The Titan can be found in The Titans Realm where the skeleton of the deceased titan can be found. The Titan was enscribed to be defeated by the Doom Slayer in an earlier age. And Its not known when or how he defeated it supposedly . Hell there are theories that say he didn't defeat it because it doesn't appear in the timeline anywhere before being introduced in Doom 2016 so could have died while Doomslayer was enjoying his little nap in a cursed box or sarcophagus. Theory three is that the Titan as its now called is actually the Icon of sin from Doom II . Which is remotely possible though no one has officially confirmed it. So there are three options to how that played out. If its the third option Doomguy wasn't naked fighting it with his bare hands he was armored as a Marine and carrying weapons and a crap ton of ammo. Going by the weapons used in Doom 2016 since you seem to keep trying to use that game as your entire argument. Starting from weakest weapons to strongest in the series . Dooms fist … Great against unarmored Demons but Chief is wearing armor and the energy shield is an advanced defensive technology making use of a field of energized particles that wraps around a surface, which deflects objects that attempt to impact the surface. Which is great against multiple unarmored targets but useless against an armored target. (we don't use shotguns against armor for a reason). Super shotgun , its a traditional style double barreled, break action shotgun which holds 2 shots at a time which cannot be fired independently (unless upgraded). It fires 16 pellets per shot which means two shells of 00 Buckshot. Each shell holding 8 pellets. Loads of 12-gauge 00 buckshot are commonly available in cartridges holding from 8 (eight) to 18 (eighteen) pellets in standard shell lengths (​2 3⁄4 inches, 3 inches, and ​3 1⁄2). Reduced-recoil 00 buckshot shells are often used as tactical and self-defense rounds, minimizing shooter stress and improving the speed of follow-up shots. So its a 12ga double barrel pistol gripped shotgun. And useless against armor . Frag Grenade I shouldn't have to spell this out but fragmentations have the same chance of piercing MJOLNIR armor as throwing a frag grenade at a tank in real life. Heavy Assault rifle : it is stated that it fires a .50 caliber FMJ round. Judging by the cartridge's appearance, it is roughly equivalent to the .50 BMG round, which has historically only been used for heavy machine guns and sniper/anti-material rifles. At 500 Rpm which is good except MJOLNIR can take .50caliber FMJ-AP rounds at point blank range. Hellshot : Its a plasma rifle with a secondary mod that acts as a fire bomb. Not exactly effective against Chief as you have to be accurate to hit the target which is easier said than done when your opponent can dodge both billets and plasma rounds by literally side stepping. Not to mention MJOLNIR being plasma resistant for the lucky hits. Its rate of fire is 180 rpm. Covenant plasma rifles fire at 360-540 rpm. So yeah not exactly effective. Chaingun: Caliber 15mm or .59 caliber , Ammo Tungsten slugs , muzzle velocity 5,000 fps or 1,524 m/s The Delta-12 Chaingun weighs 45kg , rate of fire 900 RPM . Grenade launcher a multiplayer-only weapon introduced in the Bloodfall DLC . Appears to be a six round rotating cylinder design . semi automatic , is similar to the Grenade launcher form Quake. Rocket launcher : useful if you can hit Chief though Doomguy/slayer can out run his own Rockets and Chief runs at 65mph so could easily dodge them. Of course Chief swatted an anti tank missile out of the air in Halo Fall of Reach the book. Gauss Cannon.... Fires steel flechettes at a high velocity , Despite the name erroneously designating it as a coilgun, the Gauss Cannon is actually a portable railgun, with mechanics similar to the railguns of the Quake series. ( could work if Doomslayer can hit Chief with it. )Vortex rifle .. The Union Aerospace Tactical Division V-ORT.X Rifle, also known as the Vortex Rifle, is a sniper weapon that fires a burst of energy. It charges the longer the scope is in use, dealing critical damage when fired. A downside of the scope zoom is that a laser sight displays where the player is aiming; this laser sight can be seen by both friendly and enemy personal . Another down side is that its strictly a long range weapon. Close quarters combat is not advised. Chief will want to get up close an personal since he has the advantage in close quarters combat. Due to his strength , reaction time and armor particularly the shielding. And now for the moment everyone waits for the BFG 9000 It is a massively powerful plasma energy weapon which utilises ionised Argent Energy. The BFG 9000 fires a green burst of plasma, damaging enemies near the projectile during flight and vaporising targets upon impact, as well as causing significant splash damage to enemies standing in the vicinity of the projectile's explosion. The damaging bolts do anywhere from 120 to 1 damage a shot at 100ms, doing 1200/1 dps. Because of the projectiles slow speed and large radius it will do major damage before the enemy leaves the area. A direct hit does 6000 damage. Thus, the BFG 9000 is the most powerful weapon in the game, as it is able to kill any non-boss creature in a single direct hit. It also holds 3-4 shots. As great as this last entry is its slow speed and large radius of its projectile will be like a giant ass sign that its coming allowing Chief to just simply jump , roll or otherwise dodge out of the way. So Chief can pretty much dodge everything Doom Slayer can throw at him . I will post a weapons list for Chiefs selection /armory. Its a long ass list .
