I see people donate on live streams FB and youtube. Does this work on new channels with only 100 subscribers or must you become bigger first, before people spend donations on you?

Live streams are great for reach, but it would be hard to get donations with only 100 subscribers. I hope this help 🙂

KZbin doesn’t like links in the comments, but if you go into the help centre on Facebook and search up Nonprofits and Charities, it will walk you through the entire process. You’re gonna also have to do PayPal giving. The process is actually very straightforward. Just make sure to have all of your documentation such as proof of your charitable status 😊

I could use some help! I just set up my non-profit's Facebook account. I need to apply to be able to receive donations. When I go to set this up, (upload my tax paperwork, articles of incorporation, etc) the options are not there. Is there possibly a waiting period for my brand new account for features to appear? Banging my head against the wall here.

I have not heard of that issue before. I had to contact Facebook customer service recently and I was shocked that they got back to me and rather quickly. I’d send them an email about it. And thanks for watching :-)

I am an international Volunteer and I support prisoners kids who stay in prisons with their mothers and they do not basic needs and to an extent the women too .I need supporters who can help do online fundraising.

For online fundraising, I would suggest promoting your campaign on social media, local news outlets, and community groups. Joanne I am in the process of putting together a medical fundraiser for my wife who has been going thru cancer treatment for 3 years, I have a close friend who is a professional photographer who is willing to donate some of his beautiful photographs of the Big Bend in west Texas for me to make available for a donation.
