I like how Shin made fun of Johnny in one of the MSV mangas. Calling Johnny the Red Comet was hilarious. Even Char was there during the conversation and he chuckled on Shin's insult to Johnny.

Hi Jabman!! I don't know if anyone has shared this but there is way to remove the individual cable parts easily. As you have mentioned, the connection is "slide" it down is taking a toll on the fingers but if you notice on the sprue, stick what not there are ridges that hold the cable parts, so just clip it real close and it will just pop out easily. It will definitely save you a lot of pain and trouble!!! ;) hope this helps!

Hey, Jabman ! I was enjoying a nice high and rewatching some of your older reviews and I noticed something I liked about them opposed to the more recent ones. In your older reviews you tended to point out some cool trivia about the decals and such on the kit. I really liked that and thought it was a really good way to plant interest in older gundam episodes. Imagine a newer fan who got into the franchise though SEED seeing this review and all the interesting trivia then getting inspired to get into UC thus growing the fanbase a bit. It's just a cool thought. Never the less, your reviews are always great keep it up.

Got this as my first Zaku because I liked the color and wanted the giant bazooka. Ended up leaving off the two outermost pieces of leg armor to show off more of the internals. I enjoyed building it a lot and didn't mind the cables too much

It always annoys me how people talk about bad nubs and regards them as a valid trait of a bad kit, but really those people just don't take the time to do the proper cleanup.

Yeh Y some nubs can't be cleaned up well and if they're in an obvious position it's considered a bad nub.

Don't think he was playable as a pilot though...and he was totally gone in 3... I don't care about the hampered legs or the unwieldy bazooka, this kit's goin' on my list.

When you do your mono eye, i found a way to expand upon your idea. If you take some 800 grit sand paper ( i use the 2mm godhand sanding sticks) you dont have to worry about it rubbing off

The big Bazooka is called a Rakaten Baz.

no it isnt, it's a giant bazooka, they are the same bazookas that were used by Doms.

I bought this kit based on your review. I like the way it looks and am currently customizing it for Char as apposed to Johnny. I've also had issues with Sharpie lines smearing after they've been applied. I realized that the oil on the plastic is what causes it. If you wash the parts in warm water with dish soap, it gets that oily film off the plastic and the sharpie lines won't smear. Just fill your sink with about 5 to 6 inches in luke warm water, use a lot of dish soap, and agitate the whole parts tree in the water for a few seconds. That should get that oily film off the plastic. If not then spray the parts down with window cleaner. That will take off whatever may be left after the wash.

Why you didn't show us the joinst between legs with hips?? It' helps alot to consider buying it or not, cause it's the most fragile part for most gunpla's parts problem

Surprised you had trouble with the big bazooka. I got one with my 2.0 Zaku IIF and I've never had an issue. If you like Zakus I'd recommend the J or the Minelayer, they're both great. Any chance your 100th will be the Sinanju Stein? If so that's a great 100th kit. Could you review your GP03, please?

after you finish with a built, we end up with a lot of the plastic frames. to throw them away is such a waste, does anyone out there know what to do with them? recycle maybe. these are good quality plastic, and we actually paid for them.
