Very important video. I've been playing in the APA for a few weeks now and "safeties" are vital when playing against quality players to keep them from running out. When against lower level players, I'll often get "ball-in-hand" when they miss their ball entirely. My safety/defense game just improved with this video. Thanks!

I made up this same drill years ago but in mine I was just trying to hit the ball. And I didn't score it. Your version will be a lot more challenging. I watch a lot of videos and I think yours are some of the best and most helpful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Agreed. Simple fix. Tie the beams together. Already got the stuff. Hope to have it fixed this weekend! Fingers crossed. Very strong beams just not tied together.
