Oh man, Byron just hit us with this one. Homework was 10,000 repetitions. The Hitch is a...well, let's not go there. It's playing out to be central to creating that stretchy-zoom feel. So tough to get without ending up in a tug-of-war with my wife and dance partner. I don't think tug-of-war is a good thing in dance or marriage. Oh, and we're somewhere in the 100 repetition range, yeesh!

Hitches can be difficult. It is a small movement and stretch away. Make sure that you aren’t fully extended both arms straight before you try the hitch.
