I love Grandmaster Yang Jun. I like to watch the Traditional Form. For many people, Yang style is the best fit for them. Everyone would benefit from learning Taiji. After experiencing a hectic life, it is especially relaxing and enjoyable, and helpful for the Stress and PTSD.
