हाँ। मुझे करीब 20 साल पहले अपने ग्रैंड फादर के हाथ की एक पुस्तक जीर्ण शीर्ण अवस्था में मिला। जब कि मेरी उम्र आज 62 वर्ष+ है। पुस्तक का नाम है, "शिव स्वरोदय" है। उसमें श्वासों के आधार पर सफलता के बहुत गूढ़ रहस्यों के बारे में वर्णन है। मेरे ख्याल से आप का यह topic औरों से अलग है।

Sir, आज एक चीज समझ में आई कि किसी video से कोई बदलाव क्यूं नहीं आ पाता, क्यूं सिर्फ दो - तीन दिन तक असर रहता है, क्योंकि हम video को दोबारा repeat नहीं करते और नई video के चक्कर में लगे रहते हैं,जैसे हम कोई claas लें और घर आकर उसका rivision न करें तो हमें कुछ याद नहीं रहता है
