This book has been so helpful to me. Thank you for sharing. Someone said this book is for 10 year olds and I think all 10 year olds should be required to read it. I have a 66 year history of non-mastery of my emotions. I felt great relief in knowing that I can probably do enough of the work before the great beyond comes for me and I can die a happier me.

-your attitude towards life influence your hapiness not what happens to you -ego is the self identity you created in your life -realize your current story is the result of strong identification with people, things, or ideas Most of yoir emotion are based in your personal story and the way you perceived the word As you replace your current story with a more powerful one while at the same time letting go of your excessive attachemt to things people ideas the more you will experiene positive experience

Just ignore the person that said this book is for 10-12 year olds to be honest I don’t even think a 12 year old would be able to grasp most of what was said even if they did I feel like we are more likely to implement these things in our life that a 12 year old.
@evlynpemberton5201 Жыл бұрын
I think the person is right. Young people should be taught these principles from as young as 10 to 12 years olds, or teenage years, so they can learn to use their thoughts correctly rather than going through life focussing on negative self- destructive thought patterns and emotions. Hence, finding, hopefully, peace and happiness from a young age; rather than developing negative thinking patterns that lead to self-loathing and mental illness, self-destruction. Youngsters will lead a more fulfilling life by understanding and applying the principles outlined in this book. These are principles parents and teachers can help youngsters to understand.♥️ A great gift/book filled with wisdom for parents to pass on especially to teenagers. If you are an older listener...do you not wish you had come across and understood these principles sooner?
