I put my reveiw in last marrch i kept getting messages saying there still looking at it...then in november i got a letter saying i got a year pip..but there still looking at it. I rang up and they said i will the outcome in march so i dont know what to think? X I HAVE ANXIETY ADHA PDST DEPPRESSION I GET ANGREY ALL THE TIME

The best advice is included in this video! Make lots of notes as you know your own circumstances. There are also local charities that would be able to advise, check with citizens advice.

hi just wanted to say thank you I have been watching for a short while now, and your advice is 100% sound.i got turned down 1st time nil points and she was a nurse. just had my second go and got basic pip for now I just have to show evidence of my arthritis and my EBA thanks again

My last award ended last October , sent forms 7/8 months back , got a phone call out the blue from dwp saying we want to sort your claim today without an assessment but we have one question , answered that and they renewed for 3 years , next time i have to renew i am guessing things will be very different.

Hi Charlie I hope you’re as well as well can be ❤ I know you mostly specialise in the PIP field. I’m just commenting to see if you or someone may be able to help me. I’m currently on ESA with disability premium and I received a letter about migrating over to Universal Credit. I’m just finding the thought and process overwhelming. I’m worried I may end up worse off. A friend said something about transitional protection. It’s just all very new and alien. I don’t have a lot of support and I certainly can’t make phone calls which sounds ridiculous but I have crippling anxiety. I’ve tried looking for help in groups and Reddit. I’ve seen a lot of people are having problems moving over despite being on a legacy benefit. I didn’t know this was happening so it’s freaked me out 😭 Have a lovely Sunday.

Dont worry you do have protection , you wont get a penny less, if you are in a support group where you dont have to have visits to see jobcenter that will stay the same, but please do change over before your deadline , otherwise you may have problems

Please please don’t ignore this letter whatever you do … or you will LOSE your benefit .

You need to complete the deadline otherwise you risk of losing all of your benefits the transitional protection doesnt last long it works out £160 less a month

Universal Credit has now sanctioned me to 45 days of no payments, because I didn't attend my restart scheme whilst having a valid long term sick note. No one told me I had to attend. Nothing written in my journal for me ro attend. Diagnosed recently with fibromyalgia, awaiting my pip and healtcare assessment from jobcentre. Have appealed, as I think this is totally wrong. Won't get paid a penny now till 14 March. I have Celiacs aswell, with q specialised diet,. If I don't need to attend jobcentre with valid sickness, then why are they doing all this?

I HAVE MENTAL HEALTH I SHOWER WHEN I START SMELLING SOMETIMES I DONT LIKE TO FEEL THE WATER..I KNOW YOU THINK IM DIRTY BUT IM NOT FOCUSING BECOUSE OF MY MENTAL HELTH..MY DAUGHTER TELLS ME IM SMELLING i have a grab handle to get in and out the shower ...i got a letter saying i have pip for a year its not gone up..i rang them they said i will hear from them in march i hope they dont take it off me im worried

I have the 10 year light touch award on pip I've been told the review form will be easier to do I AM unable to do anything in the home my husband does everything his my carer 24/7 I know it's a while yet but I over think
