The gem was very overpowered and didn't fit Finn's design really. It was a prime reason Finn was a problematic character, especially when it destroyed any reason to prioritize the shop when you can just teleport instead.

If I played MultiVersus, the characters I would main would be Bugs Bunny, Wonder Woman, Garnet, Harley Quinn, Velma, and (my favorites) Tom and Jerry. You're bad at showing off full moves A few examples, IG's side attack on the ground has a large shoulder slam finishing hit after he smashes the car Harley's air side attack has a finisher backflip attack after the kicks, again u have to keep pressing the button Morty's air side attack, there's a second higher knockback axe swing after the first You make a LOT of these moves look way worse than they actually are because you fail to do the full attack, which could lead to some people who didnt play the beta thinking these moves are trash and avoiding using them or those characters entierly

Also you should, for demonstation purposes, be mashing the dodge button (it's a tight timing window, but mashing dodge should get it at least once in a few attempts) on hit as almost every move in the game has animation cancels, again this failure to understand game mechanics like this leads to a bad demonstration where these attacks look extremely slow, in a real game where the players are actually trying, something like shaggy's side b kick is never gonna have that much endlag on hit

And lebron is a stance character, dictated by wether or not he has a ball You basically missed half of his moveset because you didnt do any of his non ball normals Neutral- the FOUL where he points his hands out, meme reference animation. In air he slams his chest and hits nearby enemies (like rick fair but multihit) Forward - swipe attack like stealing a basketball, same in air Down - slaps the ground with both hands, small aoe shockwave that spikes offstage enemies, in air it's a downward slap that spikes Up normal is the same as forward, just above his head, when grounded he does a little jump to reach higher like blocking a jumpshot

I was at first sad that the game was slowed down, but I don't mind if they properly improved the gameplay. The beta was fast, but the attacks had no impact, if feels like you're punching air, if they fixed this, I might give it a big chance.

Why did they choose Banana Guard? There are more prominent characters in AT with more interesting and established skillsets like Bubblegum and Ice King

Man, I thought Smash adding Piranha Plant was a weird decision, but Banana Guard?! Why not BMO, The Lich, Princess Bubblegum, Ice King, Marceline, or LSP?
