I would say Twinmold, Gyorg, and Majora are the hardest. The two that did not change still are absolute cakewalk. Also, why is there no inverted song of time?

@@yokai59loi36 sorry to reply to a year old comment (lol), but I beat Gyorg and Goht hitless recently (on the N64). Both were quite difficult - Gyorg had one maneuver at the phase change that made dodging nearly impossible, and Goht had the lightning balls that he would fire, and would sometimes randomly hit you (particularly if you were in the air!)

i heavily disagree with you i hate the original odolwa boss fight as i’m more of a person that would fight him from far away like in the remake i love that you can fight him from a far distance instead of dangerously close like in the original but that’s just my opinion i loved that you don’t get to close and personal in the version that i played which was the remake so i definitely love that i could fight him from a far distance like i wanted to in the remake

I kind of get it with Odolwa, Goht and Gyorg, but Twinmold had zero reason to have an eye weakspot. I will say that Odolwa and Gyorg were way too easy in the original and I appreciate that the remake goes further than hitting it with an arrow and then slashing away, but they could have given Odolwa a plaster on his head and Gyorg didn't even need an eye in it's mouth at all. Also, I get that Goht needed a way to get ahead of you after taking damage, but I feel like speeding up for a few seconds would have been a better way for that than you having to stop, take off the Goron Mask and shoot him in the eye on its back. In other words, they fixed the problems of the first three bosses, but I think that there were better solutions.

Fun Fact: Not only do all the other four bosses have new added eyes on them you now have to hit as weak points, but mainly the twinmold boss battle has had the most change from n64 to 3ds and that is in the n64 when you had enough magic all you had to do was punch him but in the 3ds remake they not only let link use his sword and shield while giant but made it so you had to wrestle him before slicing his eye and also that there was two of them instead of one.

YES! THANK YOU FOR THE NO DAMAGE RUN ON MAJORA'S MASK 3D'S BOSSES! Before this video, I've made a complaint that there was no video about "No Damage" on bosses of the 3DS remake. This is the first that's possible. Sure you have to cheat with Twinmold & Majora's Mask, but the No Damage against Gyorg more than makes up for it. GOOD RIDDANCE! This video should help against Gyorg without damage in the 3DS version. THANK GOD!

Some of these are a little give or take but I am absolutely glad they changed Twinmold. Original was such a giant (hah) letdown that didn't even feel like a boss, just two normal enemies with a load of hitpoints that meander about until you easily stab them to bits...

I just replayed the N64 version on the PC Recomp. Having finished it, I wanted to see the boss differences in the 3DS version. I will say that I understand some of the changes, but why the hell does everyone have a giant eyeball weakpoint now? I get changing Odolwa because he was pretty unpredictable in N64, but that unpredictability was cool. It made him an interesting fight. He's a little too easy in this one. Being able to knock Goht down makes sense, but the fact that it happens immediate after hitting it makes Goht look like a wimp. I think 3 or 5 hits would have made more sense. I won't complain about Gyorg. On N64, I absolutely hated Gyorg. I'm not sure about that section with the mines, but I do like the inhale move he does in this one. That makes more sense than just chewing on you like he did in N64. I will complain about the complete overhaul of the Zora swimming though. Whyyyy? Twinmold, I'm not sure what to think. I never reached their fight on 3DS, but I've heard they take forever and so many people just did not know if they were fighting them correctly. On N64, though. it wasn't really a fight. They had no attacks. You just got hurt if you got too close to them. Getting rid of the magic requirement makes sense though. If you ask me, that made no sense in N64. I guess in the end, whether the 3DS version is better is a matter of preference. Either way, It was nice to see you can still beat the absolute tar out of Majora with Fierce Deity. That's always fun.

Majora's Mask is usually pretty tough, but if you happened to be a 100% completionist, the game rewards you with the Fierce Deity's mask, which makes every boss fight trivial

Yes, but they also need to be fun to fight. Gyorg and Twinmold were so frustrating and unfun to fight in the N64 version. That's why I prefer the 3DS version.
