Let's be honest here: Kaila deserved to be in Pressure Tests a lot because she is a horrible team player. She can cook individually but she can't work as a team. The only time that she got saved was when on Restaurant Takeover challenge because of Tammara's leadership and Tammara has to snap at her because she was too slow at that time.

Can't believe he said "I think my team is going to let me take the fall for this if it goes bad"... umm yes as they should because you didn't check the other box of fish that was ALREADY DEBONED. They had to work twice as hard & used up valuable time. That being said the trout is probably more flavorful. The lady with the crazy eyes isn't a team player smh.

I don't hate Kayla in the first challenge because Dale was horrible and Eric was a little mean to her. Dale especially when he yelled at her for no doing something that she hadn't been told to do. But Kayla doesn't win any favours with her attitude and I generally disliked her for the rest of the season.

Not the only thing he failed with. His team was mess, he claimed to have listened to their opinion on what to make, despite having shut down all their ideas, he spent several minutes of time arguing with Kayla over her not knowing what "station" she was on, due to not being there to hear it, and instead of just telling her, Dale spent that time arguing and blaming her for not magically knowing it instead of just spending the 10-20seconds telling her. Dude threw his whole team under the bus Edit: and threw nade under there with his team

And later, he saved himself and also saved Danny who at that time didn't go to Team Challenge because he got sick. Danny should be join in Pressure Tests as well as he didn't participate at the challenge. Meanwhile, in the next pressure test after Art Gallery challenge, Danielle as team captain feels guilty for Tuna Tartare Canape and she wants to volunteer herself to be part of Pressure Test but the judges asked the winning team to save 2 people instead which are Pino and Eric.

Based on observations, cooks with great skills tend to struggle in being a team player. Due to their individual greatness, when put together in a team, they tend to dominate one another resulting in the team losing proper leadership. Nevertheless, if they're put on a pressure test, they can definitely save themselves. Tamara is definitely a lucky charm. Kaila and Danielle must be tired of being teamed together. XD

I have to ask, who the heck eats BBQ sauce on a steak? Am I missing something? I reserve BBQ for things like chicken and pork but not steak. That just seems strange to me. Plus I love A1 sauce. Although, I really enjoy steak by itself without any condiments only if it's high quality and good tasting.
