If you ever want to miss something out, its probably at the start when you have little to lose, deeeefinitely not the finale. Just seems very pick-and-choose to me.

I am presuming you mean a former contestant on the show. The first cooks to get into the show are important, you have to cook before you even get invited to the first televised event. You then have to cook for them to get the apron. If you mess up before you get the apron, then it can either make or break you, once you have the apron then the rules change, they always say to leave off something that is not correct. However, missing or messing something up on your first cook suggests that you might be a bad cook.

For me, the girl answered every question perfectly. And up to the voting, she Said the best possible things. Everything she Said had a positive influence on the judges. When she talked to Alvin, she had confidence witch he likes. When she spoke to Claudio, she spoke of Dreams witch he likes and so on.
