@@imthecoolest50 i think its just an asian way to teach. asians teach in very strict ways. a teacher would be strict on a student when they see potential in them and they dont want them to fail so they act more strict to give them pressure and it makes them dont want to make any mistakes so that allows them to grow faster and more accurate in what they are doing. what alvin is doing is just this. he sees potential in eric

It doesn't matter if it doesn't look burned to you. In the restaurant business, it's always the head chef's standard, not yours. So if you're a cook and you bring out a plate, and the head chef says it's too burned to take out to the customer, you just have to remake it to his standard quality. You can't argue with him.
