I’m ecstatic for your new book to come out, Robin!! It’s going to be just as incredible and interesting as your others have been. Also, I appreciate how your writing is easy to follow. Meaning, you make the action steps simple to put in to practice in our lives. 🙏🏼 P.S. I love validating another person’s time as much as possible if I can’t find anything to immediately validate. I learned this from The Code of Trust.

@@rdreeke Let me preface this by saying it isn’t my intention to discredit this author’s words. In fact, this author and his book are phenomenal. I’m currently reading a communications book, and in it the author mentions how it’s important to avoid asking “Why” questions as much as possible. According to the author, why questions cause your conversational partner to sometimes become defensive in their responses. Instead, this author suggests asking “How” or “What” type questions. In your experiences, what’re your thoughts on this?

@@M-xlz3 you bet! Why can trigger defensiveness in some people. What questions are awesome to me as well. I emphasize this exact thing in my latest book
