what if we run out of silk in the middle of a continuous suture, how do we tie the first silk to the new one, and continue to suture ?
@therealscrubbedout9 ай бұрын
Great question - start on the other end with a new silk and run it towards your first one. Once you reach the first suture, tie them together normally

@@therealscrubbedout oooo, thank u so much !!, but isn't there a way to tie the two silks together ? without starting from the end and coming back ?

Hello thanks for the vidoe. For the slickest two handed surgeons knot i always end up having to cross my hands to lay down the square knot. I noticed you had to do this too. SHould this not be happening?
@therealscrubbedout11 ай бұрын
Yes for this skill, you'll have to cross your hands to get it square

Nice lesson. But you have to place the camera at face level..
