I need these on a continuous loop in my head, before during and after a round. Cheers, thanks for the great content!

Brilliant. I will subscribe and watch your other videos as this is the first. The beauty of this strategy is being totally in the moment, not just for golf but for all the time between shots. It's almost like we have to be more childlike again with our presence and imagination and use our skills in a more purposeful way. I felt like this briefly in my game yesterday. It was a beautiful thing while I could stay there. It was like I'd found the gateway to "The Zone". It's 4.30am now and today in Western Australia, I will play my 2nd 18 in a 36 hole event. I'll check your other videos before I play. Thanks🙂

This has helped me so so much knocked 5 off my rounds since simply following process and not overdoing it by worrying about score . Thanks

Helpful? Hell yes! As I ease back into golf after hip surgery, I will be using these 5 concepts. I shared some of them with a high handicapper mate & last weekend when I was caddying for him he hit a score 2 below his handicap.

Great stuff. Sneaking up on 3k subs too. Far cry from 2020, huh?

3k - Trust me no one more surprised than me about that but very much appreciated.

A very helpful series, thank you. I agree with all but one of your ideas. At my age (73) and my level of play (hcp 20+) I disagree with your fourth idea because I think it contradicts the first, and perhaps most important, idea. I think that it is far easier to accept the outcome of a golf shot if the target is realistically large, even in putting. On most golf holes, there are areas from which the next shot is perfectly playable. Thus, a drive could be within an area of perhaps 50x 20 yards, an iron shot 30x 10 yards, and a 30 foot putt to 8 feet long by 6 feet wide. The smaller the target, the more easily self-critical you are likely to be, I think. I wonder if your approach would help a golf professional who is losing form, because their game is so very driven by outcomes. Personally, I have never made intermediate targets work for me; I just use visualisation and a final check on the target area. Anyway, thank you. I look forward to your next series.

Thanks for the comment Howard, always go with what you think will work best for you. Being comfortable is so important...

Great videos Craig, I've read all the Rotella books but could never could implement it into my game, for example I normally shoot a higher score on the front 9 whether it's +1 or +5 but on the back 9 I range from -2 to +2 Last week I played with an ex challenge tour winner and my concentration was terrible front 9 albeit we were in a very slow 4ball and this annoyed me terribly as I'm a quick player, I shot 45 on the front, worst score in years but I came back in 33 either we sped up or I relaxed more. Sorry to waffle on again but definitely need advice on being able to zone everything else out and concentrate on my own game.
