Feel like this and Glasto are the two festivals in the UK that actually feel like an escape from the real world. I don't want this arena/camping split, all arena's looking exactly the same with the same vendors. The effort those two events put into theming, actors, secrets, etc, is unmatched.

Lost village is up there I reckon, theming there is quality, but Boomtown is quite incomparable to anything else in the uk. Nothing comes close. Best festival I’ve ever been to.

Best Festival in the UK in my opinion. I am not a big Drum and Bass head I was more there for the UK Garage but seeing Shy FX on the Sunday this year was a must. Seeing the aboslute joy brought to everyone there when he was announced late was amazing. Whispers of him being confirmed spreading through the crowd. Best 5 days of the year!

I'm 37 and I used to go to Reading in the early 00s when the line ups were amazing, watching your videos has made me wish I never stopped going to festivals, I've been to a few single day festivals (Latitude, All Points East) over the past few years but I'm hoping to go to Glasto for the first time next year. I've had a fairly severe health scare recently and I've decided that life's too short I need to experience as much as I can as soon as I can cos you never know when it'll all be over.
