Land price isn't that much of an issue as this business can open in rural areas. The real cost would be the building cost and creativity side.

But one bad thing about बनिया is they don't see emotions only money One day flood in my village near MISHTEEN , the सरपंच of my and near some villages ask for STAYING in MISHTEEN just for Several Hours but The Owner ( mr.
