I have the same issue. Did you figure out what was wrong?

Yes the board was bad so I replaced it for the new version by Pentair which has a better display and it worked perfectly. I don’t have the model for it but it should be easy to find. I bought mine on Amazon. Just be careful because their search comes up with a bunch of boards that are not compatible
