thanks sifu wong . sometimes in the wing chun clubs there is so much going on in the background it makes it harder to concentrate ,but following these 10 lessons at home has made a huge difference. thanks again

Impresionante maestro.

I had the great pleasure of training under Sifu Wong in 2001. His teachings of "San Shou" were unlike any other teachings I have seen. he worked you to the bone but you were a strong fighter at the end of it. I only have his earlier DVD so it is great to see Sifu Wong still producing and teaching.

Sifu Wong! Your skills are amazing & you are a true teacher- Thank you for sharing true Wing Chun & jkd concepts/training :) :) As an american i am- I dont get to see arts like wing-chun where i live in Tennessee u.s.a.- only traditional Shaolin kung fu..And i must say Wing Chun is much more effective in real combat! By FAR! It looks very fast and effective not flashy & flowerly :) :) Thank you so much!

As a martial arts practitioner, I can add something somewhat constructive to this conversation. All martial arts was created with one thing in mind. Manipulation of the human body. Be it bending your opponent in ways the body was not intended to go, pushing someone during their weakest point of balance, or to target the more vulnerable points of the human body, all martial arts techniques are designed with this in mind.
@Basicelements17 жыл бұрын
These are all principles of combat, now taking that into account these hand drills do add values to the other arts I studied in combination of Krav Maga, Cestema, Judo, Ju jitsu ( yes Gracie because if you don't say that in the 2010 to present everyone laughs), MMA Arnis, boxing, fire arms training and tai boxing. Getting back to the point all these arts have drills to prepare you. The Mook Jung drills at least for me show me many ways to move my body in close quarters combat, harden the forearms, and using speed combinations. Just my 2 cents.. I'm not a Mr know it all but just wanted to share :)
