Thank you Master! Lots of respect! Your channel has helped me take up tai chi. 1 question Master: can Tai Chi improve a fast heart beat? I have a heart issue, specifically fast heart rate, but i am young, in my late 20s.

During the exercise's of tai chi Qi gong, do we not also meditate and tighten the muscles of the core, arms, and legs to focus our chi strength, or is it added after learning the tai chi movement? plus area acknowledgement your surroundings by all of your since's?...
@MuhammadBilal-pi8sl4 жыл бұрын
brother jimmy thanks for such an informative question. i also had this in mind. please if u have any information on this beforehand please share here i would also like to add that to my training. thanks. regards

@@MuhammadBilal-pi8sl It is the way I trained in all the martial art to always be aware of my surroundings use of breathing and muscle conditioning and strengthening to the point you feel nothing in the battle, but you pay for it later after the battle, and it makes everything that the others do seem slow motion during the battle against you, those that have see me in a battle say they did not see what I did only my attackers movements, and remember reaction to attack is best defense not planned fighting styles which give your attacker a idea what you are going to do next...

When I breathe in and breathe out 1st , I Thank The Lord, that I am breathing, 2nd, the Inhaling and Exhaling provides a calm mindset and it's easier to get your body in sync with the movements

Master Wong it sounds like the movement relies on elastic recoil of the torqueing of the waist instead of the technique relying on arm power. Am I close?
