A new wing chun dummy is born. Designed for the 21st century this free standing Iron Master Dummy does more then what the normal traditional wooden wing chun dummy does. This slick modern dummy is made of metal but has wooden arms. It has strike pads to protect your hand and your legs when you train on it. You can also attach more legs if you wanted too! I trained wing chun/ JKD for about 3 years at a very good school. I learned a lot. They are both the BEST system for street fights, ending the fight quick. I still practice with friends,my wife and my daughters just to keep my technique Propper.

Very interesting design Sifu Wong. I had just started learning the basic Wooden dummy techniques before I stopped attending Wing Chun School a while back. I would love to compare it to the traditional mook jong when the opportunity presents itself. Once you get into close range they are at a sever disadvantage with longer limbs. They would like to keep you at range and pick you apart. You want to get wing chun close.

I got some wins on my side with wing chun techniques. I just had problem using the goat stance, so i just used wing chun side stance. I mean the only thing you can do is grab yourself a sparring partner and test a little bit out. Or use your dad;) Best regards Yo Homie
