For good health after 30: 1. Sleep well for 9 hrs (good sleep repairs damaged cells in body) 2. Yearly once health check up for - bp, sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin d, vitamin b12, stomach scan, liver & kidney functions, ecg, heamoglobin is must! 3. Eat balanced diet - rich in protiens, vitamin d , vitamin b1 to b12, ( do not eat same type of food everyday) 4. While cooking , use less oil, less sugar, less salt and less spice - by doing so bp, thyroid, cholestrol and gastritis problems will be reduced. 5. Eat more vegetables & fruits daily & weekly twice non- veg for protein & natural vitamin d & b12 . 6. In a week - need to eat atleast 50 different kinds of food items in daily diet - example 20 types of fruits, 50 kinds of vegetables, egg & non veg too.. 7. By eating natural different kind of foods( homemade) flora in our digestive system will become well & good bacteria in our stomach acts like a second brain in our body which give good health for long without diseases. 8. Never eat junk food & outside unclean food- it may contain bad bacteria like E.coli( very dangerous for digestive system) 9. If all vitamins in body is fine - then 90% health will be good. Do not take supplements. Go for natural intake from foods only. 10. For mental health - reason is simple - thinking more on problem should be left. Any problem think you can solve later or leave thinking about the problems. Everyone has some kind of problem. Problem will always be there in everybody life & think its a part of life & go with it. Do not bend for long time - backbone may bulge! 13. Harmonal imbalances can cause tummy bulge - check thyroid. 14. Brisk Walk everyday - dont run 15. Do limited excercises- dont over do it - anything excess is too bad for health 16. Make sure your atmosphere is good - positve people , positive environment 17. Allergy- some will have lactose intolerance & wheat allergy , such people need to check & take protien from suitable non veg. Some will have peanut allergy. Some allergy from pets & some kinds of plants & non cotton blankets can happen - need to keep check on that. 18. Increase immunity by eating probiotic foods & alkaline foods more . 19. Avoid all bakery items like biscuits, chocolates, bread, jam, pizza, burgers, creams, cakes, - all outside made items- eat only homefood. 20. Health is wealth.
