In Hassan district holenarsipur taluk govt hospital doctors are very loyal to their job, including D group staff I think. Last year my father had a major surgery in tht hospital and the treatment of doctors and the way they treat to patients are amazing. It luks like private hospital condition... amazing doctors almost.

Except education department people in other government offices take bribe. These people have made Bribe taking a sophisticated setup, they work through agents/brokers and do not get caught easily. We are not against salary hikes, very necessary with raising inflation. but the work/process in the offices must also be made transparent and time bound like other countries. Otherwise these employees will not be available at the desk at all, communicating with them is like taking a PM's appointment.
