I've heard plenty of people say Ancille sucks but it's honesty a strong niche item against the right gods. One game I played Artio and the Odin immediately picked up Ancille and that cucked me so hard. I think it would cancel my Bear 1 but it has enough range to cancel my Druid 3. It was SO annoying to play against. As you mentioned, it'd be good against Ao Kuang. Can't think of many others (very niche item after all), but it's very good at stopping channel abilities. It's internal cool down is 30 seconds so it is up a lot. Also, you took two tower shots early on when it seemed like Ganesha did half your health xD

You went from 1-2 to 15-2, not 2-2. Dayum. I'm super rusty at smite but Thana was one of my mains. Couple of things: 1) I would normally level execute when given chance, simply because it increases the %hp threshold. Even if that's not going to contribute to actually finishing kills, when allies hurt enemies on other parts of the map, popping your 2 and moving towards weak enemy gives a great mobility boost at random points. Def not req'd but something I enjoyed. Also helps to chase for kills when ult is down - death scythes are beast. 2) RIP final scoreboard :P I know a good few people bug you about this. Now +1 person. New sub and now getting back into Smite because of your vids. Keep it up!

There's some misinformation in this video regarding Thanatos' movement speed It isn't I his passive, it's all in his 2, he gains up to 35% movement with his 2, and up to an additional 35% if he is moving toward an enemy under execute threshold, he doesn't just gain movement speed for moving towards an enemy under threshold, his 2 has to be active

mast explained in the video its because the earlier damage combo of neith ult, ao kuang ult and thoth is very scary. Actually in this game you seen mast die twice early because of this combo.

You keep saying that Thanatos gets movement speed from his passive, this is wrong. He gets movement speed from his 2, bonus if they're in threshold. He gets no passive movement speed just from someone being in threshold :/

Well I mean the treshold part is essentially another passive tied to his ult sorta like how Odin has his old passive tied to his ult. The execute threshold reveals people and which also ties into his 2 for the movement speed. But it essentially is another bonus passive, it’s weird

Hydra's Lament is one of the most important items that you should build on Thanatos and the fact it's missing in Mast's build here is a big disappointment. Besides that the gameplay was good.

No u start with ur death scythe, your aa cancel with ur 1 does more damage than ur 3, also to mention the 3 is a longer animation and u don’t get the heal. You don’t need to cone from the 3 to clear because you have a cleave in ur Autos
