With regard to Babylon what I mentioned is just the basics. Ch. 17 vs 7 to 18 is pending which will be in the next part. It will cover the remaining religious system. Ch. 18 will be the commercial, which includes the city drama. Coming to the topic of Tammuz, there are equivalent mythical gods in most pagan religion. Dagon is a different story. It's the god of Philistines (modern day Gaza.) Half fish and half man. Once again a common pagan story. It's a big subject, all connected to Genesis 6. May be in future will try to touch. Shalom 🙏
