💯 he makes zingers that don’t burn anyone and laughs at them himself. On the stupid Kill Tony show he always got easy laughs by joking that Tony was gay. I could get up on stage at Madison Square Garden and get laughs by calling Tony gay in different ways. He’s past the post that most comedians can get by and succeed which is be confident on stage. A lot of comedians get by just being confident to talk on stage but say nothing funny. Bert Kreisher! Think about Rogan. I laugh at his stuff maybe once or twice but the majority of his set, it’s just a guy really confident talking. He pulls me in and I listen but there’s not much clever humor. Brendan Schaub, probably never told a funny joke in his life but he was confident enough to talk on stage and he coasted for a bit, I think the wind went out of his sales pretty quickly though and that’s why he had to completely quit and say it was due to his kiddies baseball schedule 😂

I like David Lucas more as a podcaster and online personality. His Kill Tony appearances are so-so, but his podcast really does make me like him. If you’re like me, and barely find him funny? Please go watch his podcast before hating on David Lucas as a person and not just as a comedian. (That being said, he could never make a KT appearance again and I probably wouldn’t even notice😂 )
