Kevin strikes again! The truck looks great and it brings back a lot of memories. I had one too and it was one of my favorites. I think it is because it was a simple little toy with an interesting shape and color scheme. Your right, simple toys for a simpler time.

I read somewhere that Koala meat, de-fatted and brazed confit, then marinated in a vintage Shiraz is excellent when grilled on the barbie! I'm happy with that....best wishes and stay healthy.

WD-40 every time! 2 most imortant tools in the toolbox: WD-40 and duct tape. If it moves and shouldn't then use duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should then use WD-40. Job done! lol

I've got to say, I've seen some other KZbin channels featuring refurbishing Matchboxes. And while the modelers are good, your models come out better. You do a cleaner build, with results that really do look like they just came off the line. Yours are the best!

hi Marty in electronics they use white vinegar to neutralise rust and corrosion perhaps an overnight soak would remove enough to allow easy removal
