Matchmaking The UFC Featherweight Division

There were tons of UFC Featherweights competing at UFC 300, so i thought it would be the perfect time to matchmake a majority of the Featherweight division from the top 15 area all the way to the title. Let me know what you think about these matchups

Volk, deserves the rematch even if someone else challenges topuria while he takes time off. Volk sits out lets Holloway vs Topuria play out then comes back to fight the winner of that.

I’m also a huge Volk fan and I wouldn’t mind him taking the Aljo fight. If he wins, it’s a good tune up for him. And if he loses it means he would have likely lost a title fight at this point too

Yeah, nice comeback for Volk against bantamweight striking power. Aljo should let his striking go to make it entertaining, but against Volk, it's smart to get some wrestling in, either way, nice match up for former champs... its always a question of who wins after the fight, but it's also a matter of performance and quality of skills showcased that make a great fight

Agree about everything besides the retirement thing. I think even if Volk loses it's a good matchup because Sterling won't leave him with Major Damage so he can recover and just win later on. It's not like with Ferguson after Gaethje where he just breaks something new every fight. If Sterling loses to Volk i don't think he's washed because that's Volk.
