Work at the marinas or at a tackle shop. Get to know the guys. Show your interest and willingness to learn and dont be afraid to walk the docks at 2-4am

Also, offer to clean boats and just be a dock rat. Get to know the captains or owners. Or just ask, a lot of the time the owners of these boats are very nice.

Curren_wiggin the boat I fished for has been sold I freelance now until I have a full time boat to fish on.

Put a lot of time into learning the little tricks and don’t act like u know everything, but most importantly steal with your eyes so u know how other people do things
