I'm surprised that this let's play has less likes than usual for this channel. It has everything we like! Welonz solving the puzzles, petting a cute cat, being tricked by optical illusions, and even meeting a watermelon! It also a nice change after some dark stories with intense gameplay.

I don't have another melon joke to contribute, but I know what happens when it brings along a friend! Then it's a strobbery!

About the spatial thinking stuff you mentioned, I heard that playing with Legos at an early age highly aids in improving spatial thinking at a later age. Makes sense since you'd understand 3D spaces more intuitively :p

Many (many!) decades ago when I was in preschool, the teacher would not let the girls play with the "boy" toys... i.e. blocks and plastic tools & work benches. Upset at this unfairness, I told my Mom, who had a talk with the teacher. She then allowed one or two days a week for us to play with the "boy" toys.🙃🤦🏾♀️😑

Yeah, I got nothing. Wasn't there once a watermelon themed youtuber a long time ago? Maybe that person

10:40 - links probably won't work, but one study was "Sex Difference On Spatial Skill Test", University of Iowa, 2008 - specifically about a 3D rotation task too. Flip side: I think being stronger in abstract relationships becomes an edge in higher math like category theory and in systems design (organization)

Can I just say that as a Southeast Asian, I was practically squealing at all the very much asian things around Chi Leung's hub(and Hiraya's too). The _congkak_ board, the red plastic chairs, birdcages, biscuit tin, this plant with a bright red stem(that's apparently called a _lipstick palm_ ?). There's even this white towel with coloured stripes at the ends that I've yet to see in other countries

When the cat mentioned "impossible things" it reminded me of Alice in Wonderland. Also, I only solved one puzzle before you did. You are So Good at this!!!

I was wondering...what would happen if you took a picture of someone with the camera?
@LORdREDSTOneNR1 Жыл бұрын
Good question. It doesn't appear to copy consciousness or thought patterns or however you want to call that. Notably, you can not copy Cait (an AI, probably sentient), but you can copy Dustin (a simple robot). Remember this is all in a simulation, so filtering the items that can and can't be copied is the exact same for the game developer as it is for the original programmers of the simulation.

@@LORdREDSTOneNR1 oh yea that last bit makes sense, you couldnt replicate the cables 1x1...
