Sorry, but that is wrong. Chloe is voiced by the awesome Ashly Burch and as one can see in the credits, Victoria has a different voice actress and Kate has yet another different one.

I had a feeling that when the voice actor of Jefferson ( Derek Phillips ) did the voices for EP 5, he already knew that he is the suspect when answered by Max in the classroom flashback scenes. Because in the early episodes, the director did not reveal that Jefferson is the bad guy in the end, so Derek did the whole voice acting like he was a normal school teacher and not a teacher who is psychopath.

+Dannflor I can't check at the moment but in my memory I don't recall a run where an explosion didn't happen, so I'd say yes. The RV probably gets blown around by the storm whether Frank's in it or not.

Nathan Prescott Will Rule You can save him. At the end of the game if you sacrifice Chloe Nathan is still alive and he ends up going to jail along with Jefferson but if you sacrifice the bay then Jefferson would have had already killed him.
