@jarenmontaos51954 жыл бұрын
@@geoffriquetupas4606 2016-2017 Eddie Hall is just out of this world in terms of static strength. In training he does 420 kg 3 reps 3 sets. And make 100 kg dumbbell incline looks easy in easy reps. 265 kg bench for 6 reps 225 kg incline 6 reps 365 kg squat for 6 reps. And many more as well as his world records. Just basically out of this world strength.

To me the shocking thing is how many other guys got reps or multiple reps. In 2018 only a couple people even managed to shoulder the stone once, and nobody got reps. In 2019, Mateusz was still the king of the stone, but far more people got it up, and several did reps. A huge change in one year, just from having seen it was possible in 2018.

He 100% willl hes the uncrowned Worlds strongest man, hes literally dominated over the last couple usually getting 1st place on most, the only reason he kept falling short was because his deadlift was bad, so every year he would dominate, then last event the dedalift, he would fall, and drop from first. But over the years hes been working on it, and has made insane imporvment, he went from barely being able to deadlift 800lbs, to now deadlifting over 960lbs.... a 160lb jump.... and at that kind of weight.... is absolutely NUTS!, had he had a huge deadlift originally, he not only would of been winning multiple in a row, but he would probably be close to, if not beating his Polish brother, THE Worlds strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski, only man to win 5 times, should of actually won 6 or 7
