Really my opinion. He does not have to prove it anymore. Fore sure he had a bad deadlift day,but anyone knows he is one of the greatest lifters ever...and last year he pulled 38 lb more brian did this year. And hey...he is nearly 40 years old and still kicks ass. I dont see another man press 4 times 205 kg in the nwxt few years and the 1155 lb will also be hard to catch. Look how eddie struggelt with 1110 and he is a dl monster
@quangfps9 жыл бұрын
He is the greatest ever thats fo sure. Something is not right, there is no way he wasted too much energy doing the 4 reps on the log, and there is no way that he didnt train deadlift and dumbbell before the comp. BUt something must have not gone according to plan. He did so good on the first day, then terrible on the second day. Even lost the dumbbell event. Dont know if his politics interfere with his trainings too much or what...

Big Z is amazing! But it's also amazing that out of all these top competitors, 2 of them are from Iceland. Iceland only has a population of around 300, 000. That's a pretty dense pool of talent. Lithuania has around 3 million, USA has over 320 million. Considering the population of Iceland, it's amazing how competitive they are in strength events.
