lets help out Jen, she's a great teacher and merits your help. Go to the geometry link and search out you want and need, this will give Jen a small credit. thanks much appreciated.

Thanks for sharing, Robin. 🤗 I appreciate the support. I'll add the link here too. amzn.to/2TS8Su8 🤩 The link is for a geometry set including the items I taught about in this lesson, but if you are in Canada and buy anything on Amazon after using this link, I could still get credit. Thanks again for your support and kindness. ☺️

Well, Jen, this is a tricky question for me because I'm an engineer, and I have a lot of calculations in my daily life. Still, I have to say that math is not an easy thing, especially if we are talking about a high level of math, like derivative or integral calculations. Usually, when I was at school, my favourites subjects were mathematics and physics, so I choose my profession.

Hi Jen, an extremely interested lesson. It is proven that you are very prepared in math and geometry. I never came across mathematics to learn English, so this video is really interesting. I liked to study math’s when I went to school. Now, as you say, with computers we have no need to think💻. The basic words, I imagine, are the same, translated into some languages. So, thank you for giving us the opportunity to set our minds to focus on this topic in English. Have a lovely day!👏🏼

Hello Santiago 🤩 I always enjoy reading your lovely comments. 🤗 I think that the only way to true fluency in English is being able to think in English rather than translating in your head 😄 Since math is an area where critical thinking and problem solving are being taught, I feel that it is important to think about math in English, even if technology will do the complicated calculations for you 😉. So I really hope this lesson will help people to train their brain to think in English. 👍🏻 Thanks for your nice comment 💐. Have a wonderful day. 🌸

I used to hate math at elementary school, but nowadays I love it, because it's helpful on me and I use that a lot with my calcule, in which helps me knowing more like how many kilometers I make a day by car and how many money by kilometers I did. Then I know how many money by kilometers I did from Uber or 99 driver app here in my city.

Hello Fabricio 😎 Math can always be fun when it comes to how much money you're making, lol 😁 Please take care during this time as driving others in your car could be dangerous due to COVID-19. I hope you'll stay safe and healthy. ✨ (PS. it's helpful FOR me 😉)

😆 Thanks for your cheerful comment, Jean. ☺️ I absolutely love English and am good at teaching it. On the other hand, math has never been a strong point for me. I used to meet my math teacher frequently at lunch time for extra help when I was a high school student. (Mrs. Craddock was the best math teacher I ever had💕.) Although I am easily able to do simple math, I don't really think I'd be the best math teacher. 😅 🌸 However, if you are interested in learning English privately with me, I offer online tutoring through Skype for $30CAD/ hour. Two questions please, Jen: My son wonders why the letter "n" in your first name is in caps. Secondly, what's the meaning of "Jyugyou"?
@JeNsJyugyou4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and for your questions 🤗. 1) Jen is a very common name in Canada, especially among my generation, so since I was young I always wrote my name with a capital N because I wanted to be different and stand out from all the other Jens, Jennifers, Jennies, and Jennys 😅. 2) My channel started as a way to help Japanese people improve their English language skills, but has now expanded to help anyone who wants to improve their English. "Jyugyou" is a Japanese word for lesson / class. I choose the name JeN's Jyugyou because I liked the alliteration of it. 😄
