What black folks can learn from both situation is to stop normalizing beating on your children like the slave massas taught and invest in the child’s PERSONAL dreams and not what you want them to do. Great interview! I just want to appreciate Wendy; it's not easy being her, doing what she does which millions of us really like/love but get offensive when it against us or someone we love/adore. Not easy having to face someone you have bashed/criticized for entertainment and still have to be civil and entertaining during interviews. So big kudos to you Wendy❤
