Personally, I think it really funny that an experienced athlete like Mathew doesn`t feel ready to be an online coach and every unexperienced Fitness KZbinr present himself as an coach. I respect the fact that he want to build up a huge knowledge of the sport before selling it. There are many Bro Science Professors selling their shitty plans for much money...

Strong statics athletes do adequate weghited calisthnics Maybe not that's much as a streetlifter but the could control their body in an amazing way!!! What's calisthenics else than contoling your body I think that's the most important thing👍🏻 Then comes number of reps or how much your weghited dips...etc!!!
@Hersovyac4 жыл бұрын
You think what you think and he thinks what he thinks. He is one of the strongest dipper of our time, his thinking works. No doubt if he wanted to be an overall street athlete he would be less specialized.
@ConnoisseurOfExistence2 жыл бұрын
I think he's definitely neglecting his genetics by a lot. Strength genetics are not something that you could see on the outside. He's talking about guys with better genetics, but that's not true and is probably based on the outlook of their bodies. The rate of improvement of Mathew's strength over the time it has taken, shows crazy genetics for strength. Considering his age and world records, his strength genetics are less than 1 in a million.

I'm in the process of watching the video and haven't seen it all the way through, so please excuse my ignorance. But if he can do a +125 kg pull-up, has he thought about setting a new world record? The current Guinness World Record is from 2016 with +104,55 kg. I mean no disrespect with this question; maybe he simply isn't interested in it.
@GORNATION3 жыл бұрын
My personal opinion is that there are a lot of world records who could be beaten easily if someone with not a lot of reach would be able to get the possibility to prove it. But it's quite expensive often times setting a new record with judges etc.
