We still haven't seen you verify the draw weight on camera like MFJJ does. My Lift 33 was about 4lbs light from the shop and the ATA was about 1/4" long so I had to add a few twists. I don't know if my shop messed with it before selling it to me.

Something is wrong with your setup. We just did a deep dive review of the LIFT 33 (including draw force curves!) and we built average speeds at exactly 70#, 30" draw (verified) using a calibrated, high-precision chronograph and we got speeds of 330.6 (350 grains), 310.5 (400 grains), 292.6 (450 grains). Somehow your 400 grain arrow was off of our speeds by 16+ fps. Again, we are pretty persistent about checking, double checking and verifying our measurement tools! We shot each arrow weight 8+ times over the chrono to ensure speeds were accurate.
