Running the 200m during the Bislett Night of Highlights i Oslo, and might run an extra couple of 100 meters and a 200m the following day. You'll see my final training days preparing for this, and the meet. My shape is feeling great, the conditions are good, and I'm really looking forward to these meets! Enjoy

At 6 mins 30, what happened to the competition? Last year they were beating you, this year there is 'daylight' between you and them. Congratulations on your success.

My heart literally dropped when you said no more vlogs as a joke... lol. Been watching since 2019 and it’s been amazing to watch the entire process, which helped me a lot with my training. Congrats!!

@HighHollow genetics doesn't mean nothing, only hardwork 💪

@HighHollow if you start from a young age trainning sprinting when you grow up you will be fast, and if you trained long distance running when you are little, when you grow up you will be better at long distances, It has more to do with hard work than genetics

@HighHollow But what makes this unique person special, is the hard work and time he dedicates to improve and does what others are not willing to do is what distinguishes them in my opinion, although genetics help is not enough and not the most important

Were you "naturally" fast as a junior or because of a deep interest in sprinting have you trained yourself fast? - I`m just asking because my son is a pretty quick 14 year old who plays football no sprint training or anything - took him to a track meeting the other night and from a standing start ran 23.97 beating some u20 and u17`s - I`m just wondering how much he could gain doing some training? Congratulations on reaching one of your goals.
@lnowne2352
@lnowne2352 3 жыл бұрын
Well being 14 and running 23'97 with no prior training isnt bad, i'm 15 and my PB is 22'31 in the 200 so he can amount to something given the necessary training, of course keep in mind that track and field is really demanding mentally so if he doesn't enjoy it he will not progress much

Well,what separates you from the best of the best is just 0.15s in a flying 30m sprint. You need to get under 2.7,that's an average number needed to break 10s and 20s
