After watching a couple of video in statistics posted by you mister, I wouldn't hesitate to say that my level of confidence in you is 99.99999%. The reason I say this is throughout my years in college almost four decades ago, plus watching tons of video posted by others about statistics and other subjects I just absolutely can't find anyone who can explain a subject so clearly as you do. I wish each and every teacher/professor out there could do like you do so millions of students wouldn't have any severe headache. Sometimes I asked myself the question is it true most college professors really want to teach you the best ways or they just "sometimes" just want to make it complicated to give students hard time? I doubt it. About Null and Alternate Hypothesis, nobody explains this subject so easy to understand as you do, including books and other video on KZbin. I've been puzzled by this subject until I watch it today. Thanks God !! God bless you.

janviergalle . no.. the professors just want to get paid like hookers while they hate their job but like the money. if they really wanted their students to learn they would find these videos and play them in class. but then why would they get paid so much, or be hired at all. . nowadays learning should be watching videos and doing exercises then tests, all on mobile unless otherwise needed. it could make schools and universities almost free. i dont know if its possible to only take the tests and self study but thats the way to go. u get a better teacher when u take the worlds best on utube than the teacher who hates his job and sux on purpose.

My God, you are the best greatest teacher on earth, I don't know if there is or not anyone else that I know that teaches so clearly in detail, you should be an example to the entire world's education systems. The entire world education systems must be changed, this is how everything should be taught , instead of long boring lectures, or reading books that are so hard just to understand what they are trying to tell you, because the way books are written is very official language which I abhor, a simple concept that can take one minute to understand takes hours, because the way these evil books are written , the concepts of science, math and everything else are not hard to learn and are actually fun to learn, if it wasn't for these official languages that are used in all books, I am so sick and tired of them. This is how everything should be taught in all schools. Simple, fun and clear. They should learn from you, you are the best and made a big difference in my life, truly American teachers are the best too at teaching. But offcourse your ways of teaching makes it the 👌 best.

Each student was required to give a test twice, once before starting the classes (Test 1) and once again after completing 4 weeks in the class (Test 2). Let Y1 and Y2 be the scores in Test 1 and Test 2 respectively. Let Y = Y2 - Y1. Hence, if the population mean μ for Y is equal to zero, then the special classes have no effect on the average. It is planned to test the null hypothesis of the class having no effect, against the alternative hypothesis that there is a positive effect due to the classes. Student Test 1 Test 2 Abhay 5 8 Bhumika 3 10 Charan 2 5 Dinesh 4 7 Variable Number of Students Mean Standard Deviation Standard error Y 4 4.000 2.000 1.000 a. Set up the null and alternative hypothesis b. Are the classes beneficial to the students? Make a decision using Significance level as 0.05. c. State whether the following statement is true or false: When we make a decision using Significance level = 0.05, this means that the special classes are truly beneficial, but there is a 5% chance that the classes are not beneficial
