Reminders:
Make sure when performing the movement to keep one's butt all the way back into the seat to ensure there is no usage of leg drive being used throughout the movement to properly target one's biceps, another help tip is to make sure one's elbows stay locked in area so they are not "cheating" the movement and use other muscles to perform the movement (Also make sure not to slam the weights as this can damage the cables/machine).
