It is always very different when a master lays his hands on an instrument. This piece of resonance is simply outstanding.

Even after 19 months still a very nice demo, this synth doesn't age. Every time I touch the keyboard I feel my soul drifting to another world, this machine makes me happy and creative
@eighthdaymedia90135 ай бұрын
Bravo!! I am watching this in 2024 and still this is the best video I have found that gives you a glimpse into the Matrixbrute's capabilities.
@davebetts90010 ай бұрын
Your the king of the Matrixbrute and should continue releasing videos to this day, nobody else doing this and you know your way round this synth like no other......

Perhaps the best synthesized horn patch I've ever listened to, keeps drawing me back to this piece. Outstanding!!

As a curious non-musician -- it's bewildering trying to tease out all the parts and layers. Especially impressive given I AM WATCHING him tweak the knobs in real time for at least some of those layers. It's like watching a puppet show, knowing it's a puppet show, but being unable to see any wires or puppeteers. Seamless. Also -- the textures on these patches are again, just very well done. The MB with Mr. Lennox at the controls; I'm just struck every time by the versatility of the instrument.

Glad I waited for the poly brute 12. I didn't wait intentionally I just didn't have the funds and then u learned of a new release coming so I waited and it's the same board with double the sounds.

Beautiful piece and great command over this synth! Reminds me of the 1978 track 'Koan' by Eberhard Schoener.

Beautiful, congratulations, this music shows us the infinite potential of this synth that I have tried 2 times in a music store. I have everything I need in my instruments, but this one I need, lol! I will manage to pay myself one day or the other, it is a beast this synth and for those who like to do research of sounds and grind them in every way as I like to do it, well is ideal this MATRIXBRUT it is so beautiful and impressive in addition ...

Hey Kris, when I discovered your music over a year ago I immediately fell in love with it, especially this piece, amongst other. Today marks the day I got my own Matrixbrute and that's largely because of what I've seen you doing with it. It's interesting to now be rewatching the video and looking at the synth in a completely different way. Just wanted you to be aware of the impact you're making :)

I'm still not sure how you make the other parts move in and out of the arpeggiator part. I guess if you sequence it, you can pause the sequencer and set up different patches and start the sequencer up again ??? There's a lot going on from this paraphonic synthesizer, more than meets the eye.
@nakulabhyankar84625 жыл бұрын
this is amazing!
@Xanaduum4 ай бұрын
So you have one vco sequenced, and then another vco that you're using as a braam pad and both of the vcos are being modulated so that it sounds like more than just the two oscilators as it evolves. Right? Old-school. 😎 But then, that's what everyone wants right now. A new generation of vangelis blade-runner soundtrack fans and tangerine dream nerds - and it's good to see.

Hi Kris. This is absolutely outstanding, thanks for all the inspiration! Because of your vids, I'm the proud owner of a MB myself ;-) I love it. One question though (maybe a noob-one ;-). What are the blue leds in your sequencer matrix? I only get the red ones. Looks like a combination of sequencer and mod matrix? Thanks again! Rick
